Welcome to Coachly (the “Service”), operated by Porter Media (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Coachly.
Coachly is a web application for designing practice drills, building practice plans, managing rosters, and related coaching tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
You retain ownership of the drills, plans, rosters, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access other users’ data; uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; scraping or overloading the Service; or reselling access without our permission.
The Service itself—software, design, branding, and shared library content we provide—belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
